The Backyard Farm does not offer refunds of any kind, due to the custom and handmade nature of this business.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact me no later than 3 days after you have received your order in the mail and I will happily discuss options with you!

Damaged items will require clear, up close pictures. Thanks so much for understanding.
